Finalip O is a refined vegetable oil–based Oleamide supplied by Fine Organics, designed for use as a slip additive and processing aid in polymer and rubber applications. It is supplied in bead or microbead form and is commonly used to reduce surface friction and improve handling characteristics in polyolefin films, moulded parts, PVC products, and rubber components.
In polyolefin film applications, Finalip O functions as a quick-migrating slip additive that helps reduce friction between polymer surfaces and processing equipment, supporting smoother high-speed film production. In moulding operations, it is used as an internal release and lubricating aid for rotational and injection moulding of polyolefins.
The product is also used in PVC and rubber applications where surface slip, mould release, and improved surface feel are required. Finalip O is used in applications such as PVC cables, PVC films and profiles, and rubber products including extruded profiles, moulded components, seals, and gaskets.
