Chemlok 607 Adhesive | Silicone & Specialty Elastomer Bonding Agent

Chemlok 607 adhesive industrial rubber bonding product
Product Overview

Chemlok® 607 is a clear, one-coat adhesive designed for bonding unvulcanized silicone rubber and select specialty elastomers to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, plastics, and textiles. The product is formulated for industrial rubber-to-substrate bonding processes where single-coat application and compatibility with peroxide-cured elastomers are required.

According to the manufacturer’s technical data, Chemlok 607 supports bonding of silicone (VMQ, PMQ, PVMQ), fluoroelastomers (FKM), polyacrylates (ACM), ethylene acrylic (AEM), epichlorohydrin (ECH), and peroxide-cured nitrile and HNBR compounds. The adhesive can be applied by brush, spray, or dip methods, and may be diluted with methanol or ethanol to achieve desired coating weight and coverage.

Chemlok 607 is typically air-dried prior to bonding and can also be dried at elevated temperatures. It is intended for industrial and commercial use by trained personnel and is supplied with manufacturer guidance for surface preparation, drying, and storage.
