Aflux 12 NS is an excellent processing promoter for natural and synthetic rubber compounds.

Composition:

- Blend of fatty acid esters and hydrocarbons. Inactive fillers are used as binding agents for the same.

Appearance::

- Off-white prill

Advantages:

- Improves dispersion of the ingredients.

- Improves flow of compound inside the mould (better trasnfer of compound inside the mould).

- Reduces mixing time and energy requirements.

- Eases demoulding of vulcanizate.

- Reduces sticking of compound to mixing mills.

- Improves dimensional stability.

- Improves surface properties and structure.

Processing:

- Aflux 12NS can be used with both mixing mill as well as internal mixer.

Dosage:

- NR, SBR, BR, NBR, ACM, EPM, EPDM: 2-4phr

- BIIR/CIIR: 1-3phr
