- Aflux 42 comprises of water-free blend of fatty alcohols, fatty acids, and fatty acid esters.
- Beige to yellowish brown pastilles
- Improves dispersion of the fllers and chemicals in the rubber compound.
- Improves slippage of compound and thereby increases flow properties of compound inside the mould.
- Reduces mixing time and energy requirements.
- Eases demoulding of vulcanizate.
- Reduces sticking of compound to mixing mills.
- Helps in imparting smooth surface to the extrudates and calendered foils
- Aflux 42 can be used with both mixing mill as well as internal mixer. For better results, aflux 42 should be added along with the fillers.
