Uses:

- DCP-40 is monofunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of polymers (both synthetic and natural)and polyolefins.

- Elastomer compounds containing DCP exhibit good scorch safety.

- DCP-40 can be used as a co-agent in combination with halogen containing flame retardants to produce flame-retardant expandable polystyrene.

- DCP-40 is used as a high temperature initiator for the curing of vinyl ester, unsaturated polyester and acrylic thermosetting resins.
