Mandrel Release is a unique releasing agent for hoses and latex mattresses.

Composition:

- Mandrel Release is a ideal combination of surfactants and poly-functional alcohols.

Appearance::

- light yellowish viscous liquid

Processing:

-Mandrel Release can be applied either by brush directly onto the mandrels or by dipping the green hoses in a bucket of mandrel release. Mandrel Release is non-corrosive material and hence does not irritate skin.

Dosage:

- Depending on complexity of the mandrel design, mandrel release can be diluted with water by upto 2 times.

Application:

- Release agent for hoses based on natural or synthetic polymers.
