Accimel is a rubber peptizer designed for use in natural and synthetic rubber compounds to facilitate controlled mastication during processing.
The product consists of a blend containing pentachlorothiophenol disulphide with mineral filler, along with an activator and dispersing aids. Accimel disperses readily in rubber and can be incorporated on open mills or in internal mixers.
Its use assists in improving mill room productivity and supports better dispersion of fillers in rubber compounds. The product is supplied in powder or pellet form and is suitable for routine industrial compounding operations. Official technical data sheet (TDS) is available upon request.
