Novafil 90 is a fine, high-brightness calcined kaolin clay manufactured by Ashapura Minechem Limited. Produced through controlled calcination at temperatures above 1000°C, this product undergoes morphological and mineralogical changes that enhance its functional properties. In paint formulations, it provides excellent TiO2 spacing efficiency for cost optimization. In rubber and polymer applications, it functions as an effective antiblocking additive and electrical insulator. Its fine particle size distribution, high brightness, and inertness make it suitable for multiple industrial applications including emulsion paints, primers, cables, hoses, gaskets, and rubber seals.
