CI Resin – G90 | Nitto Japan | Coumarone Indene Resin for Rubber Compounding

CI Resin G90 Coumarone Indene Resin beads for rubber compounding
Product Overview

CI Resin – G90 is a Coumarone Indene based resin manufactured by Nitto, Japan. It is synthesized from coke-derived feedstock and consists of coumarone, indene, and styrene molecular structures. The resin is supplied in bead form and is widely used as a polymeric plasticizer, tackifier, and processing aid in rubber compounding.

With relatively low molecular weight compared to conventional petroleum resins, CI Resin G90 facilitates faster incorporation into rubber compounds and supports improved filler dispersion during mixing. It is commonly used in synthetic and natural rubber systems including SBR, BR, NBR, CR, EPDM, CSM, CPE, NR, and acrylic rubbers.

The product is used in tyre retreading, industrial rubber goods, adhesive formulations, anti-corrosion coatings, and rubber-to-fabric bonding systems where processing efficiency and tack development are required.
