OCD Rubber Antioxidant is an amine-based, non-staining antioxidant used in rubber compounding to enhance resistance against oxidative degradation during processing and service life. It is chemically classified as di-octylated diphenyl amine and is suitable for use in natural and synthetic rubber systems.
The product provides antioxidant protection in formulations containing carbon black and is used across a wide range of industrial rubber applications. It is particularly effective in Natural Rubber (NR), Butadiene Rubber (BR), and Neoprene-based compounds where resistance to heat and ozone exposure is required.
OCD Rubber Antioxidant is supplied as a brownish powder and is typically incorporated during mixing in internal mixers or open mills. In addition to rubber applications, it is also used as a stabilizer in certain oil and lubricant systems.
