White Factice is a high-quality vulcanized vegetable oil product (sulphur-chloride style). It is used as a processing aid, plasticizer/extender, and surface modifier in rubber compounding. Its creamy-white colour and stable properties make it ideal for white or pastel coloured compounds, erasers, light-coloured rubber mouldings and applications where low discolouration is required.

Colour stability: Suitable for white or light-coloured rubber compounds with minimal discoloration.

Plasticizer / oil absorption: Absorbs and retains plasticizers well, reducing migration and surface blooming.
Dimensional stability and green strength: Helps maintain shape during pre-cure / cold handling; reduces die swell.
Surface finish and feel: Provides a smooth, velvety or supple finish in final rubber goods.
Reduced cure distortion / shrinkage: Helps in moulded/extruded parts to maintain shape, less warpage.

Typical usage range: 5 to 30 phr (parts per hundred rubber), depending on desired effects (plasticizing, softness, finish) and rubber formulation.
For white grade sulphur-chloride factice, small amounts of acid acceptors (e.g. MgO) or accelerator adjustments may help offset cure retardation.
